Kokobay were launching their Summer 2022 clothing and required videography and photography services for their eCommerce site. The images were taken in Mykonos and reflected the aspirational lifestyle of the customers wearing the products.

THE CHALLENGE

Photograph and video the Kokobay SS22 collection which featured rave wear, festival clothing, swimwear, and party clothing. The photography would be used for an eCommerce site, and also to be used as part of their campaign launch. The videography would feel aspirational and highlight the excitement of the new launch.

THE PROCESS

Before the shoot, we planned and devised a mood board which would help shape the shoot in Mykonos. Making use of a villa, we had access to a fantastic on-shoot location with natural light, textured backgrounds, and beautiful scenery which could help frame the clothing and models. We photographed over 200+ items of clothing in 3 days and recorded footage of different poses, movements, and activities to be used within the final video.

After shooting, we post-produced an upbeat video capturing the best shots, highlighting the new products, and creating a buzz around the brand. The photographs were edited and retouched with the idea of keeping many of the model's natural features, hence little airbrushing and touching-up on the model's faces and bodies.
